All guests visiting MegaJoy Park must comply with park rules and regulations at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person from the park for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to comply with park rules, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or violation of applicable laws. Guests must follow all posted signs, verbal instructions from park staff, and safety guidelines for all attractions. Height, weight, age, and health restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions. Guests are responsible for determining their own physical ability to safely experience attractions. MegaJoy Park is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow posted safety guidelines or staff instructions.
4. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Amusement park attractions involve inherent risks. By entering MegaJoy Park and using our attractions, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown. You agree that MegaJoy Park, its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation in park activities, except where such injury results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or any condition that may be aggravated by sudden movements, should not participate in certain attractions. It is the guest's responsibility to assess their own health and fitness for each attraction.
5. Photography and Recording
By entering MegaJoy Park, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded for security purposes and for use in park promotional materials. MegaJoy Park reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken on park property for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation to guests. Personal photography and video recording for private use is permitted in most areas of the park. However, commercial photography, videography, or use of professional equipment requires advance written permission from park management. Use of drones or aerial photography devices is strictly prohibited within park boundaries for safety and privacy reasons.
6. Prohibited Items and Behavior
The following items are prohibited within MegaJoy Park: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food and beverages (except for guests with specific dietary requirements or medical needs), glass containers, pets (except registered service animals), skateboards, roller skates, scooters, and any items deemed dangerous by park management. Prohibited behaviors include: line jumping, smoking outside designated areas, using offensive language or gestures, engaging in physical altercations, harassment of other guests or staff, vandalism of park property, and any behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests. Violations may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the MegaJoy Park website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of MegaJoy Park or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of MegaJoy Park. All software used on this site is the property of MegaJoy Park or its software suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
